Reload while holding Shift. Works for me every time.

I think the time is irrelevant. I think it shows the time when I accessed the server. If I reload (with Shift), the time updates again.

And back to where https://www.settlerscombatsimulator.com/us/ doesn't load. https://www.settlerscombatsimulator.com/en/ works, though. That's after restarting computer and Chrome.
